Florish was created by a family who was simply looking for delicious plant-based food that they all could enjoy. Florish offers fresh, delicious, chef-inspired pizza and healthy bowls made with love and plants! Florish has a modern and comfortable vibe and is an upscale fast-casual environment!

Inspired by their vegan kids and their search for more plant-based options for their busy family, owners Jill Faline & Keith Sedita decided that if they wanted to find a place with delicious plant-based, comfort food for the whole family, they had better create it themselves.

Not only would this new take on familiar foods be flavor-forward and delicious, but the restaurant is environmentally responsible and socially-conscious. Florish serves up fresh made-to-order pizza and good-for-the-soul bowls in an ethical and joyful way. They value their community by hiring diverse team members, paying them fairly and providing them with opportunities to reach their full potential. They are on a mission to make gourmet plant-based nutrition convenient, accessible and, most importantly, craveworthy!

Jill and Keith strive to create a positive and upbeat space that makes it easier for people to transition to a plant-based diet which will contribute to a happier, healthier more just and sustainable planet.
